These terms apply to your use of the CommunityOS marketing website (“the website”). They do not govern the CommunityOS application. Use of the application is subject to the separate agreement between CommunityOS and the organization that provides your account, and to any terms presented in the application.
Use of the website
You may use the website to learn about CommunityOS and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it — for example by attempting to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, or send unsolicited or automated messages through the enquiry form.
Information on the website
We aim to keep the information on the website accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only. Interface images on the website are illustrative mockups with sample data; they are not live screenshots and may differ from the application. Feature availability can depend on configuration, role and permissions.
Intellectual property
The CommunityOS name, wordmark and website content are owned by or licensed to CommunityOS. Stock photography and video are used under their respective licences (Unsplash License, Pexels License). You may not copy or reuse website content except as permitted by law.
Links
The website links to the CommunityOS application and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites.
Limitation of liability
