Disconnected Information
Important information is spread across messages, spreadsheets, documents, and separate tools — and nobody is quite sure which version is current.
Communities depend on a lot of moving parts — people, records, requests, and conversations. When those parts live in different places, everyday work becomes harder than it needs to be.

Managers need a more organized way to handle the day-to-day responsibilities that keep a community running.
Owners, residents, and managers need clearer ways to stay informed, ask questions, and stay connected.
CommunityOS is a central platform designed to bring community management workflows into one organized environment — so the people responsible for a community can work from the same, up-to-date information.

The core of CommunityOS — available in the application today. What each person can use depends on the role and permissions their organization assigns.
Keep communities, buildings, and units organized in one place, with the records your team works from every day.
Organize owner and resident records, including owner-occupants, off-site owners, tenants, and household members.
Plan resident transitions with review steps and checklists, and keep a clear occupancy history for every unit.
Share updates with the right audience, send formal notices, and keep conversations in in-app messaging.
Store community documents by category, keep earlier versions, and control who can download them.
Residents submit requests; managers triage them, raise work orders, and follow them through to completion.
Amenity bookings, visitors, packages, parking, and more — each authorized user sees the tools available to them.
Permissions are set per role and per community, so people only see the information that applies to them.
Online payment processing and single sign-on are not currently available.
Getting started follows the way communities are already organized — the place, then the people, then the everyday work.
Your organization receives its own CommunityOS workspace. Administrators add communities, buildings, and units, and configure roles and access.
Add owners, residents, staff, and board members. Each person signs in with an account and a role that matches their responsibilities.
Use the available tools to organize daily activities, information, and communication — from one connected platform.
Organize information, administrative responsibilities, and day-to-day operations across every community you manage.
A clearer way to access relevant community information, notices, and updates — subject to the permissions your community grants.
Stay informed, submit requests, and interact with your community through the functionality made available to you.
Also built for board members, front-desk and security staff, maintenance staff, and vendors. Each role has its own scoped access — not everyone sees the same information.
A community summary, people and resident records, announcements, requests, and management activity — organized on one screen, on desktop or on the go.
Illustrative mockups with sample data. Device frames are decorative.
Community records, requests, and responsibilities live in one structured environment instead of scattered files.
Dashboards, search, and reporting help authorized users find what they need and see what needs attention.
Announcements, notices, messages, and notifications keep managers, owners, and residents on the same page.
Operations, governance, and administration modules sit side by side, behind one sign-in.
Managers, board members, owners, residents, front-desk staff, maintenance staff, and vendors each get an appropriate view.
